During these performances Electric Crisp and Provisional Art Space will combine scents and sounds to create an immersive, multi-sensory experience.

Provisional Art Space is a collaboration between Ron Hutt and Anna Novakov. Working together they are involved with experiments in olfactory and musical composition. Sounds and smells are natural sensory partners that use parallel systems of organisation, notation and composition. They are also two of our most primal and emotive senses. By using Ableton Live, a soft synth digital audio work station along with notes from a perfume organ, we create integrated musical/ olfactory installations and performative experiences. The pieces, produced during our events, addresses the possibilities of including heightened associations of sound and scent.
