Can you help support FaB?
It’s all about the art, Curators, Artists and communities.
Volunteering:
FaB needs volunteers. Lots of volunteers with time and a multitude of everyday skills.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t have any experience, we can teach you or find something that you feel happy doing. In return you will help keep art alive in Bath, learn skills, meet people and have fun.
FaB is a platform for Curators and Artists to exhibit their work, test new ideas, and learn more about how to be Artists. We are a non-for-profit organisation, run by volunteers, without regular funding.
FaB’s main activity is an annual festival of arts, events and workshops. Art that isn’t just pictures on gallery walls, FaB makes art happen in surprising places that reach all sorts of people, beyond the format of classic gallies. It brings fun and inspiration to anybody who wants to take part.
Be fabulous, join our FaB Volunteers and make art happen for everyone!
If you’re interested please fill in this form: click here or email volunteer@fringeartsbath.co.uk to say hello.

'wayfinding' eg. walk some routes between venues to decide where outdoor signage should be placed
Late April into early June we'll need some Volunteer Coordinators:
recruiting festival volunteers
organising intro meetings and training
scheduling volunteer timetables
coordinating venues
Mid-May we have listings & interpretation:
Proofreading
copy-editing
From mid-May we'll need more physical help:
preparing venues
installing artworks
installing signage
documenting installation
And between 24th May to 9th June:
stewarding events
invigilating exhibitions
looking after venues & exhibitions
gathering feedback and some data (in fun ways)
documenting the opening night (photo, video etc)
documenting the exhibitions
