NB: the deadline has passed, we are no longer inviting submissions

We invite submissions for CATNIP, a multidisciplinary art exhibition celebrating humanity’s timeless relationship with cats. This exhibition explores the rich and complex dynamics of the human-cat relationship, from their ancient reverence to their role in contemporary digital culture.

Our curatorial approach focuses on creating engaging, inclusive spaces that make fine art accessible and inviting for all. We welcome submissions from both established and emerging artists working with thoughtful, bold, and experimental perspectives on our feline companions. You might be an oil painter, sound or video artist, sculptor, or someone working across digital or mixed media.

Whether your work is rooted in humour, mystique, or cultural critique, we want to see how you celebrate and respond artistically to cats. From regal depictions to quirky interpretations, we’re looking for pieces that evoke curiosity, spark conversation, and honour the enduring connection between humans and their feline friends.

If your work features cats in any way, we’d love to see it!
