Bring a mat and join our wonderful Juilet and take part in a fun, relaxing and energising session of stretches targeting hands, arms and posture as part of World Wide Knit in Public Day celebrations.

Discover some essential yoga exercises for knitters, crochet and makers in general!

Juliet Duckworth is a trained yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance Member, as well as an artist.

This is a friendly session; all ages, abilities and experience welcome.
