FLOATING is an ambient video piece taken from Geoff Dunlop's current exhibition FLOW Reflections on Water at ICE Space.
FLOATING reflects on water in its most elusive form, as vapour. Viewers are invited to glance as they pass, as they might half look at any other object or happening in daily life. Or they may stop and watch for a few minutes of concentration, or even for the full duration of the piece. The piece offers up the possibility of being a reflective, even meditative work. Its music of solo, breath-filled voices is as essential to the experience as the pictures.
