What you can expect

You will be creating and publishing content to promote Fringe Arts Bath Festival, Bath's only annual festival of visual arts. You'll have the chance to join the team at Fringe Arts Bath (known as FaB), a non-profit, Artist-led organisation, to learn the ropes and gain critical career experience within a creative and collaborative environment. You will work together with FaB’s existing Lead Producer and occasionally other team members.

During your time with us, you will gain real-world experience working on the business side of the arts sector. With real responsibilities, you’ll be able to place much of what you have learned through your studies into context, through practical application of all that theory. You’ll get a confidence boost from realising you know lots. This is an opportunity to start building your network and we’re committed to your personal and skills development.

If you're relentlessly curious, we want to hear from you.
Sometimes will even have fun doing all this!

  • An interest in arts & culture

  • Enthusiasm for making a difference in the community

  • We really need someone reliable, who has the time to work with us. If your timetable is super busy and you're not sure you can fit in the extra work, let us know at interview stage, we can talk and work out whether this is the right role for you.

Length of Internship

  • 120 hours, ideally 10 hours per week.

  • Approx 5h face-to face on Mondays or Fridays between 9am & 2.30pm, then 5h self-led remote working.
