Self: Artist - Antonia Caicedo

Artist Antonia Caicedo has this to say about her work: ‘My paintings act as a visual window or doorway in time. This window looks both back and forth in time. I use self-portraiture as a device to place myself in that window. I also place myself inside my paintings to be part of the history of art practice’
